Green Week Club

Terms & Betting Disclaimer

Effective 12 September 2026

These policies apply to Green Week Club accounts and use of this website.

1. About the service

Green Week Club is operated by Unified Shores IT Services Pty LTD (ABN 35 603 926 656), of Level 5, 140E Cronulla Street, Cronulla NSW 2230. Contact us at support_team@greenweekclub.com.

Green Week Club publishes sports betting information, qualifying selections and a public results ledger. It is an information subscription. We do not take bets, hold wagering funds, operate a bookmaker or place bets for you.

2. Eligibility and your account

New memberships are currently available to Australian residents aged 18 or older. You must be legally permitted to use the service where you live. Provide accurate account details, verify your email and keep your login secure. Do not share or sell access, impersonate others or use the service to bypass a gambling exclusion. Contact support if you need to stop access or correct your details.

3. Betting risk and the public record

Selections and statistics are information, not a promise of profit or advice tailored to your finances. Bets can lose all of the amount staked. Past results, positive closing-line value and model estimates do not guarantee future outcomes. Odds can move, markets can close and a published price may be unavailable when you act. You choose whether to bet, where to bet and how much to stake.

The ledger includes losses and identifies the record being displayed. Published units and model performance do not represent your personal account balance or returns. Settlement corrections may change a displayed result; material corrections should be explained. We do not promise a minimum number of qualifying selections.

4. Membership and green-week billing

Prices are in Australian dollars and include any GST payable by us. No additional card surcharge is added to the advertised membership fee. Free launch access runs through 31 October 2026. Billing is scheduled to launch on 1 November 2026, subject to any later date announced by the service. Creating an account requires no card. The current membership activation flow separately asks you to save a card with Stripe; creating an account alone does not activate access to open selections.

Accounts created by the end of 31 December 2026 in Australia/Sydney qualify for A$9.99 per green week for the life of that same account, including later cancellation and reactivation. New accounts created from 1 January 2027 pay A$19.99 per green week. Deleting an account and opening a new one does not transfer founding eligibility.

A green week is determined by the service’s published model record, using its recorded stakes and prices for settled bets in the pipeline’s recorded ISO week (currently aligned to UTC). A positive weekly result triggers the flat fee; a zero or negative week does not. Your personal betting result does not determine the fee. Charges are made after eligible full weeks, normally on the following Tuesday. The first full week after the scheduled launch is 2–8 November 2026. Review the displayed amount and card authorisation at activation.

5. Cancellation, billing questions and consumer rights

You can update your payment card through the billing page and Stripe portal. To cancel membership, email support_team@greenweekclub.com from your account email address. We will acknowledge your request and confirm cancellation within two business days. Cancellation is effective from the time we receive your request: no new green-week fees accrue after that time, and any fee generated afterwards for service after that time will be reversed. Existing correctly issued invoices remain payable unless a refund or other remedy applies. Membership cancellation does not delete your account. Contact support promptly about an incorrect charge, missing access or a service problem.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. A refund, cancellation or other remedy may be available where those rights apply. The green-week billing rule does not replace those rights. A losing bet alone does not establish that the information service failed to meet a consumer guarantee.

6. Referrals and communications

A valid referral may qualify for the credit shown in the referral dashboard under the current campaign rules. The current default reward is A$19.98 billing credit to an eligible referrer; it is not a cash payment or a promise of a free week for the new member. Eligibility checks, a cooldown and campaign limits apply. Do not refer yourself, create duplicate accounts or send unsolicited invitations.

Account, verification, service and billing messages support your membership. Marketing preferences and tip notification preferences are separate account settings. Telegram delivery is optional and requires linking your Telegram account.

7. Fair use, service changes and privacy

Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, misuse other members’ information or republish paid selections without permission. We may restrict access for a material breach or security issue and explain the reason where appropriate. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of material price or service changes, except urgent security changes or changes required by law; the stated founding rate remains tied to the eligible account. Data use is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Gambling support

Do not treat betting as income or stake money needed for essentials. If gambling is causing harm, stop and seek support. In Australia, call 1800 858 858 or visit Gambling Help Online. Elsewhere, use your local gambling support service.
