How is the green/red week calculated?
Billing uses Monday-to-Sunday weeks in UTC, matching the published model record. The model's recorded weekly result determines the fee: positive means a green week; zero or negative means no fee. Your personal betting result does not determine the charge.
What about the bets I actually placed?
Green Week’s P&L is the model’s P&L — measured at the price we published. Your personal result depends on the stake size you chose, the bookmaker you used, and what price was still available when you got to the bet. Founding pricing covers the model’s fee, not your stake.
Is there a trial or refund window?
There is no separate trial after free launch access ends. The green-week rule determines whether a weekly fee is charged; it does not replace your consumer rights. Contact support about an incorrect charge or service problem. Applicable refund and other remedies remain available under consumer law. Manage cancellation from your billing page.
Setup fees? Onboarding charges?
None. No setup, no activation, no platform fee. Weekly fee on green weeks. That is the entire bill.
