FAQ
SCEPTIC QUESTIONS. PLAIN ANSWERS.
If a question isn’t answered below, the ledger probably is. Read it before you sign up — that’s how you should evaluate any paid tipster.
THE MECHANISM.
- Do you take my bets?
- No. Green Week publishes tips. You place your own bets at whichever bookmaker you use. We never take, hold, or touch your money. The only money that changes hands between you and us is the weekly fee on green weeks. That's it.
- What happens on a losing week?
- You're not charged. That's the mechanism — green week, fee; red week, no fee. The week's results are summarised in the Monday email regardless. You get the same data either way; only the invoice changes. Reporting cadence doesn't depend on the result.
- How is the green/red week calculated?
- Week ends Sunday (Sydney). The model's P&L is calculated in units at the price we published, across every settled bet for the week. Net positive → green → you're billed the weekly fee. Zero or negative → red → no fee.
- Is this guaranteed to make money?
- No, and any tipster claiming otherwise is lying or breaking the law. Sport betting is variable. The model has a measurable edge — visible on the ledger — but individual weeks can lose, and individual punters can underperform the model depending on stake sizing, bookmaker price availability, and which tips they place. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
- What if I lose money on a week the model wins?
- Possible, and worth understanding. Green Week's P&L is calculated in units at the recorded bookmaker price at the time the tip was sent. Your individual P&L depends on your stake size, which bookmaker you bet with, and what price was still available when you got to the bet. If you stake bigger than 1 unit, or you missed the price, your results can diverge from the ledger. You'd still be charged the weekly fee on a Green-Week-green week.
PRICING.
- What does "founding price for life" actually mean?
- If you sign up before 31 July 2026, the rate stays A$9.99 per week — billed only on green weeks — forever. Standard pricing afterwards is A$19.99 per week, same green-week mechanism. The founding price doesn't expire, doesn't reset on cancellation-and-rejoin, and doesn't ratchet at renewal.
- What happens after the free launch period?
- The free period runs until 31 July 2026. From 1 August 2026 you'll need a card on file. From there, you're billed the weekly fee only on weeks the tips end in profit. If you signed up during the launch window, that fee is A$9.99 for life. If you signed up later, it's A$19.99.
- Is there a trial or a refund window?
- No, and there doesn't need to be. The green-week mechanism replaces the trial concept — if the model loses, you don't pay, which is what a trial is meant to test for anyway. There's no refund window because there's no upfront charge to refund. Cancel any time from the dashboard.
- Are there any setup fees?
- No. No setup, no activation, no platform fee, no onboarding fee. Weekly fee on green weeks, that’s the entire bill.
- Can I refer mates?
- Yes. Every successful referral adds A$19.98 of credit — two founding weeks' worth — as a dollar balance that comes off your next green-week invoices. Credits stack across referrals (one conversion counts per 24 hours). The full mechanic surfaces in your dashboard once you're a member. Referred subscribers who join before the launch cliff also keep the founding rate for life.
THE SYSTEM.
- How does the model actually find bets?
- A pipeline pulls live AU bookmaker odds every 20 minutes, compares each price against the Betfair Exchange sharp benchmark, scores the edge on a 0–100 scale weighted by edge percentage and cross-book deviation, and emits only bets that clear the per-sport filters. There is no “AI” in the marketing sense — it's a deterministic edge-detection pipeline. Method page has the full chain.
- How many tips per week?
- Depends on the week. The model fires when prices clear the filters; if the markets aren't mispriced, nothing fires. Recent weeks have ranged from a handful to several dozen tips, with more during busy sports calendars. The live ledger shows the actual cadence — easier to check than to describe.
- What sports does the system cover?
- Major AU codes (NRL, AFL, A-League), US majors (NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB), top-flight soccer (EPL and other major leagues), and ATP / WTA tennis. Some sports are currently paused (MMA, boxing, and Cricket International T20 are off while we fix closing-line coverage gaps). The ledger shows which sports actually produced bets in any given period.
- Where do tips arrive?
- Telegram and email, simultaneously, with per-channel deduplication. No Discord. No SMS pings. Daily summary email the next morning. Weekly review Mondays. Monthly summary first Monday of the month.
- Will my bookmaker limit me if I bet your tips?
- Possibly, over time. Australian bookmakers limit punters who run positive CLV — meaning they cut your stake size, or restrict you to lower-stake markets, when they detect you're consistently beating the closing price. This is the unavoidable trade-off of betting at any sharp edge. Many serious punters maintain accounts across multiple books to spread the impact. The model's tips beat the closing line on average. Expect bookmaker pushback eventually.
WHO RUNS IT.
- Who runs Green Week?
- A Sydney-based team that designed the model, built the pipeline, and is publicly accountable for the ledger. We're not running named-individual profiles — the work speaks through the bets, the CLV figures, and the published drawdowns. If you want to verify credibility, the ledger is one click away; that's how you should be evaluating any paid tipster anyway, named or not.
- Why no named tipster?
- Three reasons. One — the picks are produced by the model, not by a person reading lines, so attributing them to a human would be inaccurate. Two — named tipsters in this category are usually paid for their personality, not their edge, and we'd rather you bought the edge. Three — no individual being the brand means no individual ego biasing the bet selection. The ledger is the only credential we offer.
